Terms of use of wi-fi internet access 

• Use is by entering a code. This is given only to house guests, who explicity accept the following terms of use and confirm by entering the code.
• Use is free of charge and limited to the duration of your stay on Gästehauses Herrmann property. Gästehaus Herrmann accepts no liability for the actual availability of internet access. The code may not be given to third parties. The code is only valid for a certain Period of time. Users can then request a new code. Further information available from reception. 
• When issuing the code Gästehaus Herrmann is under no obligation. Use is according to the technical possibilities. In particular the user has no right to use the guest wi-fi internet in a certain way or for a certain duration. Hereby any liability, especially for guarantee and compensation (with the exception of wilful intention and bodily harm) is excluded. Specifically no liability will be taken for the contents of websites accessed or downloaded data. Furthermore no liability will be taken for any possible virus attacks due to the use of the guest wi-fi internet. The use must note that the guest wi-fi internet is only for access to the internet and does not include virus protection or a firewall.  
• Accessing sites with illegal contents and the distribution of unlawful contents is forbidden. 
• Users are specifically forbidden to use the guest wi-fi internet to download or distribute or use contents protected by copyright.
• Any improper use of the guest wi-fi internet, especially use which could have detrimental legal consequences for third parties or Gästehaus Herrmann, is forbidden. 
• Should Gästehaus Herrmann be exposed to demands of third parties due to the use of the guest wi-fi internet, the user bound to indemnify Gästehaus Herrmann in this matter. 
• In the event of violation of these terms of use of the suspicion thereof, the use of the guest wi-fi internet can be blocked without given reason. Liability for data loss in this instance is excluded. 

Use of the private swimming pool in the garden

The use of the private swimming pool in the garden of Gästehauses Herrmann is at your own risk. Swimming safety rules should be adhered to at all times. The children's safety gate (gate in the fence) should always be kept shut. Children are not permitted to swim without adult supervision. Parents are responsible for their children.
